Terms of Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Lead US Realtor (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and , (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") on 12-22-24.

Scope of Services:

The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client, aiming to deliver qualified and interested leads in the real estate industry.

Payment Terms:

1- The Client shall pay a sign-up fee of $499 upfront upon signing this Agreement.
2- In the event that the Company fails to provide 5 referrals as specified in lead Delivery, the sign-up fee will be refunded back into the client account.
3- Referrals Fees: Broker/Agent consents to pay Lead US Realtor 10% of the Net Commission for any Real Estate transactions (buying and selling) through the leads during the Marketing Coverage period/time.
4- The signup fee will be reimbursed back into the client's account after the very first successful closing.

Refund Policy:

1- Refund Process: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the client is required to give the Lead US Realtor team a 7-working-day warning to provide the services.
2- Refund Request: If the services are still not delivered after the warning period, the client must contact us via phone or email to request a full refund.
3- Dispute and Chargeback: The client agrees not to initiate a dispute or chargeback with their bank if the sales team is providing the committed services.
4- Cooperation on Disputes: If the client initiates a dispute or chargeback without valid reasons, they must cooperate with the Lead US Realtor team by providing valid proof to resolve the matter.

Lead Delivery:

1- The Company will deliver the first lead within 2 weeks from the date of signing this Agreement.
2- A total 5 referrals per month will be delivered in 365 days to the Client.

Agreement Duration:

1- The Client acknowledges and agrees to maintain this Agreement for a minimum period of 90 days, starting from the date of the first lead delivery.
2- The Client shall not terminate the Agreement before the completion of the 90 days period, except in case of unsuccessful delivery of leads as specified in (Lead Delivery) the money will be refunded back into the client's account within 7 working days.
3- This agreement is valid up to 365 days from the date of signing this agreement.

Additional Services:

1- If the Client is satisfied with the service and wishes to receive further leads, the Client understands that they must sign up for the same package and payment terms as outlined in this Agreement.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of this Agreement, in accordance with the terms stated in a separate Confidentiality Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement, if applicable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
